Prism

Equity research that keeps itself current. Market data goes in, a valuation workbook and a written thesis come out, and an analyst agent refreshes both twice a day, working only through scripts that fix what it may read and write.

What it does

For each company on the watchlist, Prism pulls statements, estimates, peers, dividends and macro rates from four sources and builds a twenty-tab workbook: income statement, cash flow, balance sheet, ratios, the company's own KPIs, and four valuation methods rolled into one composite fair value. A validator scans every tab and fails the build on any formula error.

The analyst agent

An agent writes the assumptions and the thesis, but only through scripts. It reads a fixed briefing of a few thousand tokens. It returns assumptions in a schema, discount rate, growth, method weights, that the loader rejects when they are out of shape. An offline recomputation of the discounted cash flow acts as a second opinion. The workbook stays the source of truth; the agent never edits it directly.

It runs itself

Twice a day a job refreshes the earnings calendar, pulls any new release from the regulator's filings, has the agent normalise it and extract the KPIs, sends stale theses for review, and checks that each thesis actually changed before calling the run a success. It speaks only when there is something to say.

Grounded in the news

Fundamentals miss what moved a stock. A separate daily job recaps eighteen finance channels into a dated archive, and the agent is required to search it before finishing a thesis. Recaps are leads, checked against the filings before anything enters the workbook. Prism feeds our own portfolio. We do not sell research or advice.
